Overview
Katie Bostrom is an associate in the firm’s Denver office who represents employers in all areas of employment litigation. Katie also assists clients in navigating state and federal employment laws, advising them on compliance with wage and hour laws, proper classification of non-exempt/exempt employees and independent contractors, regulatory compliance, employee training, maintaining up-to-date and compliant handbooks and employment policies to avoid litigation.
While in law school, she clerked at the United States District Court in Colorado for the Honorable Kristen L. Mix and assisted clients in the University of Colorado’s Criminal and Immigration Clinic.
Originally from Montana, Katie earned her bachelor’s degree from North Dakota State University, where she was the team captain of the school’s Division I Track and Cross-Country teams before receiving her law degree from the University of Colorado.
