Katherine Primatic

Katherine (“Katie”) Primatic represents employers in labor and employment matters, drawing on her experience in federal and state courts and a background in complex civil litigation. Her work includes legal research, analysis, and drafting on a range of litigation matters, including employment-related disputes.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Katie served as a judicial law clerk to a federal district court judge in New Jersey, where she assisted with civil and criminal trials, drafted judicial opinions, and prepared legal research and analysis for oral arguments. Her experience includes drafting opinions involving complex factual records, witness testimony, and expert evidence.
