
Overview
Katharine Randall counsels and defends employers in all aspects of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Katharine also provides day-to-day advice on employee terminations and discipline, reasonable accommodations, workplace safety, wage and hour compliance, and family and medical leaves.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Katharine was an associate at a global labor and employment law firm in Irvine, California where she focused on employment discrimination and harassment claims, alternative dispute resolution proceedings, and advised on challenging personnel issues.
