Katelyn Jackson represents employers in all aspects of litigation from inception to trial, including conducting investigations, providing ongoing advice and counsel, and negotiating settlements and mediations.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Katelyn was an associate at a full-service regional law firm in New York where she focused on construction-related litigation, personal injury, fatality, product liability, and commercial litigation matters.
Before that, Katelyn was an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx. She received a B.A. in Political Science and also played 4 years of Division I Women’s Lacrosse in undergrad.
