Kate Svinarich

Kate Svinarich has over a decade of experience defending and advising employers on various workplace-related disputes and compliance issues, including discrimination, disability accommodation, and wage and hour claims. Kate also conducts workplace investigations for public and private employers covering a broad range of employment-related complaints and alleged misconduct.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Kate was a senior associate at a national, full-service law firm where she represented California and Colorado employers in single plaintiff, representative, class action, and administrative employment litigation.
