
Overview
Kaitlin Hall defends employers and management against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, and wage and hour, on an individual and class action basis. Additionally, she works closely with employers to ensure their everyday workplace practices comply with all relevant state and federal laws and helps them develop employment policies and handbooks, handle employee separations, and conduct workplace investigations.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Kaitlin was an associate at a multi-practice law firm based in Costa Mesa, California where she focused on class action, PAGA, and single-plaintiff employment matters, as well as business torts, products liability, unfair competition, breach of contract, and property matters.
