Julio C. Ragas

Julio Ragas advises individuals and businesses on a broad range of U.S. immigration matters, including family-based, humanitarian, employment-based immigration, consular processing, and proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). His experience includes removal proceedings, appellate support, adjustment of status, asylum, waivers, employment authorization, employment-based petitions and visa classifications.

Before joining the firm, Julio served as an attorney and Immigration Department Manager at a regional law firm, where he led day-to-day operations of a high-volume immigration practice while contributing substantively to complex immigration matters. He supervised and trained legal staff, developed case-management and quality-control procedures, and played an active role in case analysis, legal research, issue identification, and developing and preparing strategies for complex and sensitive immigration matters.
