
Overview
Julia Broulidakis is an associate with Fisher Phillips in Portland, ME, where she represents and advises employers in a wide variety of immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visa options for employees, such as H-1B, L-1A/B, H-1B1, E-3, TN, O-1, J-1 Waivers and Advisory Opinions, and E-2, and immigrant visa options for employees, including PERM and EB-1 petitions for scholars and researchers. She also advises employers on immigration compliance (I-9 audits, ICE preparedness trainings, and FDNS site visits).
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Julia was an associate at a boutique business immigration law firm where she focused on all aspects of immigration law. She also previously served as a staff attorney at Catholic Charities of Maine, helping both refugee and asylum clients access immigration benefits.
During law school, Julia served internships and externships with the office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine and the ACLU of Maine, and she was a student attorney with the Maine Law Refugee and Human Rights Clinic.
