Joshua S. Smith

Joshua Smith is an associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office and advises employers in various workplace-related matters, including internal compliance policies, employee handbooks, collective bargaining agreements, and risk management regarding potential litigation.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Joshua was an associate at a multinational law firm where he worked on a range of labor and employment law matters.

During law school, Joshua was the lead executive editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review.
