Joshua Klein

Joshua Klein is an associate in the firm’s Irvine office. Josh focuses his practice on a variety of labor and employment disputes involving harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour matters.

Josh has experience in nearly all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion work and oral argument, mediation, and pre-trial submissions. Josh has advised clients in individual, class, and representative actions in both California state and federal courts.

While attending The George Washington University Law School, Josh served as a board member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board and received special recognition for 366 hours of pro bono service.
