
Overview
Josh Halen defends and advises employers in a wide range of workplace-related litigation matters in state and federal courts, with a focus on appellate matters. Josh’s experience includes employment litigation, commercial disputes, trade secret and antitrust matters, and intellectual property disputes.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Josh was an associate at a full-service AmLaw 200 firm where he represented businesses in complex litigation involving employment law, real estate transactional and property disputes, trade secrets, and commercial disputes at both the trial and appellate levels, and in arbitrations.
During law school, Josh served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Janet J. Berry of the Second Judicial District of Nevada. He also served as Managing Editor of Publications for the Journal of Business & Securities Law, where his article on transforming Nevada’s business courts was published in Vol. 16.
