Overview

Joe Ciacci is an associate in the firm’s Irvine office and focuses on employment, class action, and PAGA defense matters. Joe prioritizes preventive strategies to help clients minimize legal exposure, particularly in employment contracts, records, and compliance, while pursuing aggressive, results-driven litigation when disputes arise.

Joe graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, ranking ninth in a class of 234 students and earning membership in the Order of the Coif. During law school, he served as Editor in Chief of the San Diego Journal of Climate and Energy Law, hosted the 2024 Electric Program Investment Charge Symposium, and competed on the University of San Diego Moot Court Associate Board, where he received recognition for excellence in oral advocacy. Joe also earned multiple CALI Awards for top performance in courses including Antitrust, Constitutional Law II, Contract Drafting, Corporations, and Health Law & Policy.

Joe holds a degree in European History from UC San Diego, with a concentration in Greek and Roman antiquity.
