Jose Iduate is a Safety Consultant with the Fisher Phillips Safety+ group who brings more than 20 years of environmental health and safety experience. Jose is passionate about helping organizations create safer workplaces through practical solutions, leadership development, and compliance excellence. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Jose effectively connects with employees at every level to build trust, reduce risk, and strengthen safety culture.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Jose served as a Safety Consultant in the insurance industry, a Compliance Safety and Health Officer with OSHA, and in safety leadership roles in the food manufacturing and sanitation industry. His diverse background provides clients with practical, real-world solutions that go beyond compliance to improve organizational performance while protecting their most valuable asset – their people.
