Jessica Taylor defends employers in workplace-related disputes, lawsuits and class actions.
Jessica previously practiced plaintiff-side employment law, where she represented clients alleging workplace harassment, gender and disability discrimination, retaliation, and other claims. She also worked on class actions and individual lawsuits under the California Whistleblower Protection Act and the California Labor Code.
Her experience also encompasses environmental and land use law, as well as products liability suits including multi-district litigation cases involving pharmaceutical and personal care products.
