Jessica A. Taylor

Jessica Taylor defends employers in workplace-related disputes, lawsuits, and class actions. She has a substantial counseling practice and works with companies of all sizes across the full gamut of day-to-day counseling matters. In addition to defending clients in state and federal court and before state and federal agencies, she assists employers through complex employment situations, advising on policy updates and legislative changes that may impact their industry. She also helps clients build out and support successful human resources functions.

Jessica previously practiced plaintiff-side employment law, where she represented clients alleging workplace harassment, gender and disability discrimination, retaliation, and other claims. She also worked on class actions and individual lawsuits under the California Whistleblower Protection Act and the California Labor Code.
