Jesse Borja has a robust background in defending employers across various industries in complex litigation matters, including class actions, PAGA claims, and employment-related disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and trade secret misappropriation. Jesse leverages his knowledge of employment laws and regulations to guide employers through complex legal challenges and to mitigate potential risks and liabilities. He also drafts and revises employee handbooks and conducts sexual harassment trainings.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Jesse was an associate at an international AmLaw 200 law firm where he defended employers in litigation involving a variety of workplace-related issues. He also provided advice and counseling on employment-related topics and prepared employee handbooks and restrictive covenant agreements.
