
Overview
Jeremy Miller advises employers in various workplace-related issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, wage and hour disputes, class and collective actions, and traditional labor matters. Jeremy also provides strategic counsel on Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), wage and hour compliance, workplace accommodations, reductions in force (RIFs), and workplace policies. Additionally, he has represented businesses in federal and state courts as well as before agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Department of Labor (DOL), and equivalent state agencies.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Jeremy was an associate at a national labor and employment law firm where he focused on a broad range of employment litigation and counseling matters, prepared employment and separation agreements, participated in labor arbitrations and mediations, advised on policy development, and co-presented continuing legal education programs on developments in labor and employment law.
