Jeremy Bernfeld

Jeremy Bernfeld represents clients across a range of labor and employment matters. Over the course of his career, Jeremy has litigated matters involving workplace safety, wrongful termination, retaliation, and discrimination, as well as insurance coverage disputes.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Jeremy served as counsel at a New York-based litigation firm, where he represented both private businesses and public entities in litigation in a number of state and federal courts. His early experience with government agencies, and his work since then with clients ranging from small, family companies to multinational, publicly traded companies equip him with a nuanced perspective on workplace dynamics and regulatory compliance, enabling him to anticipate potential risks and deliver nuanced solutions that support clients’ long-term success.
