
Overview
Jeannie leads the firm’s Marketing, Business Development, Client Experience, Media, and Marketing Technology functions, where she drives the development and execution of a cohesive brand strategy that strengthens the firm’s market position and elevates every aspect of the client experience. She partners closely with practice groups, industry teams, and firm leadership to design and implement client-centric business development initiatives that anticipate employer needs across diverse sectors. By deploying a sophisticated marketing technology infrastructure, Jeannie integrates client feedback, campaign performance, and market intelligence into strategic decision-making that fosters deeper relationships and measurable growth. Her collaboration with the Management Committee and Executive Leadership Team aligns brand priorities, client experience initiatives, and cross-practice efforts to deliver innovative, consistent, and exceptional service, transforming marketing and business development into a strategic driver of client loyalty and firmwide success.
In addition to her Executive Leadership role, Jeannie serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Reputation & Crisis Management Practice Group, where she provides strategic media counsel and proactive reputation protection for public employers facing high-stakes scrutiny, including social media crises and public-facing litigation. She designs and implements pre-crisis planning, messaging, and response protocols that support legal strategy and mitigate reputational risk. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience, Jeannie also develops and delivers training and compliance programs, advises on best practices for managing public perception, and is a frequent speaker on reputation, crisis readiness, and media strategy for employers navigating complex challenges.
