Through her deployment of advanced marketing technology infrastructure, Jeannie harnesses client intelligence, campaign performance data, and market insights to fuel strategic decision making that deepens relationships and drives measurable growth. Her collaborative work with the Management Committee and Executive Leadership Team aligns brand strategy, client experience innovation, and cross-practice excellence; transforming marketing and business development into a strategic engine that powers client loyalty and firmwide success in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
In addition to her Executive Leadership role, Jeannie serves at Co-Chair of the firm’s Reputation & Crisis Management Practice Group, where she provides strategic media counsel and proactive reputation protection for public employers navigating high-stakes challenges. She architects comprehensive crisis readiness programs, messaging strategies, and response protocols that safeguard organizational reputation while supporting legal objectives. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience, Jeannie develops innovative training and compliance programs, advises clients on managing complex public perception challenges, and is a recognized thought leader on reputation management, crisis preparedness, and strategic media relations for employers facing today’s multifaceted communications landscape.
