Jason A. Fischbein

Jason A. Fischbein is an experienced trial attorney who represents and counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-hour class action lawsuits. Jason is an advocate and collaborator for his clients, and enjoys advising them regarding all areas of their daily employment practices and other developments in the legal landscape. Jason speaks Spanish fluently and particularly enjoys utilizing his Spanish language abilities in his legal practice. Jason is also an adjunct professor in the Extended Learning program at California State University San Marcos, where he teaches a course titled Legal Issues for HR Professionals.

His recent successes include obtaining a complete defense award in arbitration for a flagship hospital in Southern California against disability discrimination and retaliation claims involving remote work accommodation and promotion and compensation decisions.
