
Overview
Jared Pickell represents employers in a full range of employment litigation matters in court and administrative agencies, including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, retaliation, hostile work environment, whistleblowing, wage and hour disputes, and common law contract and tort claims. He also regularly counsels employers on day-to-day employment law questions and issues, including disciplinary issues, employee terminations, disability and religious accommodations, employee leaves, investigations, wage and hour laws, and employer policies.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Jared was counsel at a full-service law firm where he represented healthcare, financial services, and education employers in a variety of workplace disputes, and provided HR counseling and advice on the full scope of HR and employment issues.
