Janna Joassainte

Janna Joassainte defends businesses in labor and employment disputes across a range of industries, including financial services, technology, insurance, and hospitality. Before joining Fisher Phillips, Janna was an associate at an international Am Law firm, where she litigated complex labor and employment matters, coordinated mass arbitration defense for national employers, led internal investigations into workplace practices, and worked on matters pertaining to commercial and securities law.
