Jae-Min Cho

Jae-Min Hwang Cho is an associate in Fisher Phillips’ Irvine office. She counsels and defends employers in a variety of employment law matters, including wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other similar claims. She also advises clients on implementing and drafting various handbook policies.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Jae-Min obtained valuable legal experience as a judicial extern, summer associate, and law clerk throughout Orange County. Before attending law school, Jae-Min worked for fine art institutions in New York and California, including the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
