Jacqueline Del Villar

Jacqueline represents employers nationwide following serious workplace incidents, making it a priority to meet clients where they are—whether on a farm at sunrise on the West Coast or inside a food manufacturing facility at midnight in the Midwest. She regularly handles on-site investigations, OSHA inspections, and litigation across industries including agriculture, construction, warehousing, solar, food safety, recreational vehicles, and food distribution and production. To date, she has defended employers in both federal and state OSHA matters in more than a dozen states, including Arizona, California, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, and Wisconsin.

Her practice includes conducting investigations, preparing and advising worksite personnel, and serving as an employer’s representative during OSHA inspections. Beyond litigation, Jacqueline counsels companies on compliance strategies, enforcement actions, and risk management, and she regularly advises on hiring, discipline, termination, performance management, discrimination and retaliation claims, and disability accommodations.

Before becoming a lawyer, Jacqueline was a high school English teacher, a role that sharpened her ability to explain complex issues and connect with diverse audiences—skills she now brings to her clients. Most recently, Jacqueline was an associate at an international law firm in Houston, Texas where she focused on labor and employment matters, including federal and state litigation and agency proceedings. During law school, Jacqueline also interned for federal and magistrate judges in Texas.
