Overview
Anthony Flores represents businesses in a broad range of labor and employment matters, with a focus on defending against wage and hour class actions, representative claims under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), and single-plaintiff cases involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. His practical, client-focused approach is grounded in his experience on both sides of employment litigation.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Anthony was an employment litigator in the Los Angeles office of a full service, international firm. He also previously gained valuable insights into the plaintiff’s perspective, representing employees in wage and hour class actions and other matters as an associate at a boutique employment law firm. He now leverages that experience to develop proactive strategies and secure favorable outcomes for his business clients.
