Ivy Ganguly

Ivy Ganguly advises employers on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters in the UK, including employment disputes, workplace investigations, restrictive covenants, workforce changes, senior executive employment matters and the employment aspects of corporate transactions. She works with multinational companies, financial institutions, private equity firms and other organisations on employment issues with both domestic and cross-border dimensions.

Ivy’s experience includes advising on restrictive covenants and confidentiality obligations, whistleblowing, disciplinary investigations, redundancy consultations, TUPE transfers, employment status, and employment and consultancy arrangements. She also supports clients on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, including due diligence and the preparation and review of employment-related documentation.
