
Overview
Heidi Woll is an associate in the firm’s Nashville office where she represents employers on a wide range of workplace law matters, including restrictive covenant, wage and hour, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation and unemployment issues. She also defends businesses in white-collar criminal and crisis management matters, and advocates for clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and state agencies.
A former paralegal of four years, Heidi attended Belmont University College of Law on a full merit scholarship. While in law school, she founded Belmont OUTLaw, the College of Law’s LGBTQ+ affinity group. She was also a member of the Mock Trial team and the Belmont Law Journal. Throughout law school, Heidi exposed herself to a variety of both civil and criminal matters. She served as a judicial intern for Judge Lynne T. Ingram of the Eighth Circuit Court for the 20thJudicial District serving Davidson County, Tennessee, clerked at the Tennessee Attorney General’s Civil Law Division, and worked for a regional insurance defense firm as well as a prominent criminal defense attorney in Nashville.
