Overview
Harrison Thorne is a partner in Fisher Phillips’ Los Angeles office. He represents employers in complex litigation in state and federal courts across the country and in arbitration. He has handled hundreds of wage and hour class actions and representative matters brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), as well as collective actions and individual employment disputes.
Harrison also manages substantial portfolios of employment litigation for clients with operations throughout California and nationwide. He works closely with in-house counsel and business leaders to develop and coordinate litigation strategies across multiple matters and jurisdictions, address recurring legal issues, and manage litigation exposure in a manner consistent with clients’ broader business objectives.
