Overview
Harrison Thorne focuses on representing businesses in representative, class, and collective actions in state and federal courts across the country and in arbitration. Harrison regularly litigates claims alleging all types of wage and hour violations. He also handles lawsuits alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and ADA website accessibility issues.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Harrison worked at an AmLaw 100 firm in Los Angeles where he litigated, arbitrated, and tried single-plaintiff, class, collective, and representative actions and advised businesses regarding compliance with complex regulatory and statutory frameworks.
