Overview

Harper Palmer is an associate in the firm’s Kansas City office and focuses on a variety of labor and employment matters, namely drafting workplace policies and employment-related contracts, including non-compete and non-disclosure agreements.

While in law school, Harper was the Editor-in-Chief of the Business, Entrepreneurship, and Tax Law Review, served as Associate Judging Director of the Board of Advocates, and was a member of the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic. She also was champion and “top-gun” of Mizzou Law’s Mock Trial competition her 1L year, was awarded the Fred L. Howard Prize for Excellence in the Advancement of Advocacy, and, during her final year, was selected as a member of the Order of Barristers.
