Harper Palmer

Harper Palmer is an associate in the Kansas City office of Fisher Phillips, where she represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including high-stakes labor relations, employment litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, and day-to-day workforce counseling.

In addition to litigation and dispute resolution, Harper also advises employers on a wide array of workplace issues, including policy development, employee relations issues, internal investigations, and regulatory compliance.  She regularly drafts and negotiates vendor, service, and employment agreements and counsels employers on corresponding operational implications. Harper also has experience supporting collective bargaining negotiations and employment-related arbitrations.
