Overview
Hannah De La Riva is an associate in Fisher Phillips’ Irvine office. She represents employers in a variety of employment law matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage and hour litigation. She also assists clients in preparing employee handbooks and policies.
Hannah received her J.D. from the Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law. While in law school, she was an active member of the Fowler School of Law’s Mock Trial, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Moot Court teams. During her time in law school, Hannah was a judicial extern for the Honorable Kimberly Menninger at the Superior Court of Orange County and gained valuable experience working as a law clerk at a family law firm. Hannah also received multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for earning the highest grade in several of her courses.
Hannah majored in Communication and minored in Marketing at the University of Southern California, graduating with honors.
