Overview
Evan Alberhasky defends and advises employers on a wide variety of workplace matters, including discrimination claims, restrictive covenants, FLSA compliance, and wage and hour and overtime issues. Evan also has experience with employee handbooks, onboarding/offboarding agreements, and corporate governance documents, including operating agreements, bylaws, and conflict of interest policies.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Evan was an associate at a multi-practice law firm in Atlanta where he focused on employment and business transactional and litigation issues.
During law school, Evan was an Associate Articles Editor for the Georgia State University’s Law Review, a member of Georgia State University’s Moot Court, and a pupil of the Bleckley Inn of Court.
