Overview
Eryne Walvekar is an attorney in the Seattle office of Fisher Phillips and a member of the firm’s Immigration Practice Group. Her practice focuses on business immigration and compliance. She has extensive experience assisting companies in obtaining employment-based work visas and permanent resident status for employees, as well as resolving complex immigration issues related to inadmissibility findings and waiver requests through USCIS or consular applications.
Eryne advises employers on I-9 compliance, providing guidance on training, internal audits, and workplace enforcement actions. She also represents employers and individuals in immigration-related appeals and federal litigation, including mandamus actions and claims brought by the Department of Justice’s Immigrant and Employee Rights (IER) Section. Eryne works with clients across a wide range of industries and company sizes, ranging from startups to multinational Fortune 500 companies.
