Emma Goolsby

Emma Goolsby is an associate in the Employee Defection and Trade Secrets (EDTS) practice group. She helps businesses protect their intellectual property and confidential information, advising and representing them at every stage of litigation, from pre-suit counseling through trial. 

Her practice spans the full litigation lifecycle, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. Her experience includes managing a multi-party federal trade secret misappropriation case, serving as primary drafter on motion practice, arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions of expert and lay witnesses.
