Overview

With over a decade of courtroom experience, Elizabeth “Liz” Roff has a proven track record of effectively representing employers in workplace-related litigation. Liz defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, and whistleblower claims. She also reviews, negotiates, and drafts separation agreements. Her experience includes advising owners, contractors, and manufacturers in a wide variety of construction-related matters.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Liz was Senior Counsel at a regional civil litigation law firm in Minnesota where she advised employers on all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment litigation and conducting investigations for public entities and school districts.
