Overview
Elizabeth Olsen defends employers in workplace-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims under state and federal law. Elizabeth also regularly advises employers of all sizes, ranging from public entities and school districts to private businesses on employment best practices, policy development, wage and hour disputes, and legislative updates.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Elizabeth served as Assistant Attorney General at a statewide government office, where she led trial teams representing public sector clients in employment litigation and advised on civil rights and tort claims. Her prior experience at regional and full-service firms further deepened her understanding of the unique challenges facing both private and public employers. This diverse perspective enables Elizabeth to deliver tailored, effective strategies that protect her clients’ interests and support their long-term success.
