With nearly 30 years of experience handling a wide variety of labor and employment litigation and appellate work, David Treibman has helped many of the firm’s high-profile clients anticipate and solve workplace legal challenges by preparing dispositive motions and appeals in a wide variety of labor and employment litigation.
As Of Counsel in the firm’s New Jersey office, David specializes in appellate work and is also active at the trial level in state and federal courts all over the country. He has extensive experience in class and collective action litigation and is Fisher Phillips’ primary writer for many appellate matters, including discrimination, retaliation, contract, ERISA, and labor cases, and landmark New Jersey Supreme Court litigation. David is one of the firm’s “go to” attorneys to handle critical research, writing, and briefing, resulting in many successes for clients.
