Overview
Danielle Gershen is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office, where she advises and defends employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including traditional labor relations, wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation claims in state and federal court.
Danielle earned her J.D. concurrently with a Master of Sports Law & Business from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she was a William H. Pedrick Scholar, recipient of the Dean’s Award, and awarded with Pro Bono Distinction. While in law school, she gained hands-on experience working across higher education and the sports industry. Danielle served as Editor-in-Chief of the Arizona State Sports & Entertainment Law Journal and is published in multiple sports law journals. Prior to law school, Danielle graduated with her B.S. in Education, Sport Industry and minor in Leadership Studies from The Ohio State University.
