She has experience handling charges filed with the National Labor Relations Board, California Civil Rights Department, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and other administrative agencies. Danielle also supports clients in collective bargaining agreement (CBA) negotiations, grievance and termination matters, and legal research and analysis related to CBAs and contract interpretation.
She provides practical, client-focused advice that helps employers resolve disputes efficiently while reducing future risk. Drawing on her previous experience across higher education and the sports industry, she brings valuable insight into the unique workplace dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and operational pressures these clients face.
