Danielle advises and defends employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including traditional labor relations, wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation claims in state and federal court. She has experience handling charges filed with the National Labor Relations Board, California Civil Rights Department, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and other administrative agencies. Danielle also supports clients in collective bargaining agreement (CBA) negotiations, grievance and termination matters, and legal research and analysis related to CBAs and contract interpretation.
