Dana N. Ferrell

Dana Ferrell is an experienced litigator practicing in the firm’s Chicago office. She represents businesses in federal and state courts in defense of employment-related lawsuits. She also defends management against charges filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and related state agencies.

Prior to joining the firm, Dana was in private practice for several years defending healthcare employers in complex medical malpractice lawsuits.
