Cynthia Sands is a seasoned labor and employment attorney with over 20 years of litigation experience and a proven track record managing complex matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims, as well as wage and hour disputes and class actions, for Fortune 500 companies and public entities. Cynthia also advises employers on various workplace issues, including HR compliance, policy development, and risk assessment.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Cynthia was the Manager of Compliance Auditing and Staff Attorney for the Cuyahoga County Personnel Review Commission, where she conducted compliance audits, analyzed job classifications, and advised on personnel policies.
