This includes preparing employee handbooks and policies, conducting manager and employee training, handling traditional labor matters, and counseling employers on hiring, discipline, and termination of employees, as well as numerous other labor and employment issues to ensure compliance with local, state and federal employment laws.

Colette spent 15 years as in-house counsel and brings a corporate perspective to legal issues.

She also practices with the firm's Education Law Group, handling discrimination matters for private educational institutions relating to both employment and student matters.
