Before joining Fisher Phillips, Chris was an associate at a national firm focusing on immigration law where he focused on corporate immigration matters with an emphasis on work-related visas and assessing eligibility and implementing case strategy for immigrant and nonimmigrant applications and petitions. His experience includes handling H-1B, H1B1, TN, L-1, and E-3 visas and I-140, I-130, and I-485 petitions, among others.
