Overview
Christina is an associate in Fisher Phillips’ Sacramento office. She defends and advises employers on a variety of workplace issues, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour compliance, and handbooks, policies and procedures. She regularly counsels clients on California and federal employment laws such as the Fair Employment and Housing Act, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, California Family Rights Act, and Reproductive Loss Leave.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Christina was an associate in the Los Angeles office of a full-service, Am Law 50 firm where she focused on employment litigation and advisory work, supported employment-related aspects of M&A transactions, and developed workplace training materials on sexual harassment and other topics.
