
Overview
Chazz Estelle advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, contract disputes, wage and hour issues, and Private Attorneys General Act [PAGA] representative actions. Chazz also counsels clients on developing effective handbooks, policies and procedures.
Chazz graduated from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. During law school, Chazz honed his written and oral advocacy skills through participation in Moot Court, the Appellate Litigation Clinic, as well as the Consumer Rights Clinic. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Mark D. Houle in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
As a third-year law student, Chazz mentored first-year students on their legal writing and advocacy as a Research Fellow for Lawyering Skills I and II. Further, his extensive commitment to community outreach earned him Pro Bono Honors for completing over 120 hours of pro bono work. In addition, Chazz earned the Faculty Award for highest grade in Information Privacy Law.
Prior to law school, Chazz worked as a consultant and systems analyst for a nationwide healthcare company.
