
Overview
Cesar Serrano is an associate in the firm’s San Diego office where he defends employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, contract disputes, and wage and hour issues.
Cesar graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he concentrated in Business and Corporate Law and served as a Lead Articles Editor for the San Diego Law Review. During law school, Cesar participated in the Entrepreneurship Clinic, the Appellate Clinic, and the Transactional Law Team. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable William V. Gallo in the in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
Prior to law school, Cesar worked for the analytics department of a global financial technology company and as a case manager for justice-involved youth at a community-based organization.
