Overview

Catherine Phan defends businesses in a wide range of employment-related litigation, including administrative agency claims, single-plaintiff lawsuits, class and collective actions, and representative actions under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). She brings nearly a decade of litigation experience on both the plaintiff’s and defendant’s sides, giving her a well-rounded perspective and strategic advantage in defending clients in high stakes matters.

Her work includes representing clients in disputes involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and claims under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) and related statutes.

In addition to her litigation practice, Catherine advises employers on compliance with California’s complex employment laws, helping businesses minimize risk and manage personnel matters with confidence.

Catherine works remotely and is licensed in California. You may contact her via email or phone. Please use our Los Angeles office address for mailing purposes only.
