Casey N. Miller

Casey Miller represents and advises employers in labor and employment disputes and other complex litigation matters. She counsels clients on workplace issues and helps them develop litigation strategies based on the particular legal and business considerations involved in each matter.

Casey has experience handling employment and commercial litigation through various stages of a dispute, including temporary restraining order and injunction proceedings, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, trials, and arbitrations. She has taken first-chair depositions of corporate representatives, fact and expert witnesses, and other parties and has appeared as both first- and second-chair in contested proceedings.
