
Overview
Caroline is an associate in the Irvine office. She represents local, regional and national employers in all areas of labor and employment law from case inception through trial or arbitration. Caroline is an aggressive litigator and has obtained favorable settlements, rulings and trial verdicts for her clients.
Caroline provides risk mitigation counseling to employers on a wide variety of issues, including employee terminations, accommodations, and discipline. In addition, Caroline assists employers with policy implementation and provides employee and supervisor training on a variety of topics.
During law school, Caroline served as an Articles Editor for the Chapman Law Review and judicial extern to the Honorable William F. Rylaarsdaam of the California Court of Appeal. Caroline was also a member of the Mock Trial Honor Board, where she obtained a perfect score as defense counsel in the ABA National Criminal Justice Trial Advocacy Competition in Chicago.
